The Challenge

In its role as employer and general manager for the federal government, the Treasury Board Secretariat gathers vast amounts of data about workforce demographics, compensation and entitlements. This data is tabulated monthly, quarterly, and annually and distributed to analysts both at the Treasury Board Secretariat and in other government agencies.
