Announcing Beyond 20/20's Web Data Server 5.3.1 with Charting

The newest version of WDS is now ready for release. Version 5.3.1 offers increased visualization, improved security and a new printer friendly format option. For a full list of enhancements keep reading!

Increased visualization - New charting capabilities allows users to view, print, and save any report in a chart format. Choose from Pie, 3D Pie, Line, Area, Stacked Bar, 3D Bar, and Grouped Bar. Advanced features allows users to add data labels and control chart size.

Reach a larger audience - Multilingual reporting and a new single window approach allow you to report in German, French, Spanish, and English. End users can switch languages on the fly, from anywhere within the application. The single window approach makes the site more accessible to the visually impaired.

Easier Installation - New installer creates a virtual directory automatically during setup. You can uninstall, modify, or repair an existing installation. Also, update an old user database to the latest version without losing any data.

Increased Versatility - Maintain multiple WDS sites, each with different users and tables, using just one WDS Manager. Control which users view which reports.

Increased Security - WDS now supports 128-bit certification.

Fewer Clicks - If desired, automatically create a default report for every table in the data bank. Users can chose to open this default view of the report or complete the selection process.

Learn More - Log files allow you to track how often users access your data; find out which data is used most often.

Improved Output - A new print option allows the end user to print their report or chart with its title and without other window objects.

More Report Functionality - Administrators can now address end - users' requests to share a user formatted "My Report" with another user.
