World-renown French Institute selects Beyond 20/20

  • Beyond 20/20 Inc. wins CAD $2.6 Million Contract from France's Institut National de la Statistique et d'Études Économiques (INSEE)

Ottawa, Canada - July 4, 2001 – Beyond 20/20 Inc., a data analysis and visualization software company, today announced the signing of a contract worth CAD $2.6 million (2 million Euro) with France's Institut National de la Statistique et d'Études Économiques (INSEE). The agreement will make Beyond 20/20's software the standard throughout INSEE headquarters and all regional offices, and will be used to analyze, visualize, and publish all national data sources and surveys beginning with France's Year 2000 Population and Housing Census. This announcement solidifies Beyond 20/20's market leadership with statistical agencies and other international organizations.

Beyond 20/20's software suite meets INSEE's need for quick, concise and complex interpretation of data. The data tabulation engine ensures that the organziation is able to produce accurate analysis and reliable reporting from massive quantities of data. Beyond 20/20 products will be used for CD-ROMs, printed output, the Internet and INSEE's Intranet. They will also be installed in the INSEE Research Centres.
