Beyond 20/20 Inc. Names Clarke Bruce Chief Executive Officer.

Ottawa, Canada, May 10, 2005 – Beyond 20/20 Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Clarke Bruce as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Bruce, a software industry veteran, brings a wealth of executive level experience in operations, marketing and finance

Mr. Bruce joins Beyond 20/20 from Soliton which he co-founded in 1993. As President and CEO, he was responsible for all operations and strategy for the company. Prior to co-founding Soliton, he held senior management positions at Reuters where he was instrumental in returning his division to profitability within 10 months

Enthusiastic about his new role, Mr. Bruce stated “I look forward to expanding Beyond 20/20s presence in new and existing markets targeting data dissemination, analysis and visualization in a comprehensive way. I am particularly excited about the market’s acceptance of our Vista OLAP Suite.”

Mr. Bruce succeeds Robert McCrae who has served as CEO since 2003. Mr. McCrae continues as Chairman of the company and will take on the role of Chief Technology Officer, with overall responsibility for the company’s technical vision and its approach to adopting new technology.

Beyond 20/20 has also made a recent change to its sales organization promoting Steve Desjardins to Director of Sales. Mr. Desjardins has been in the IT software and services industry since 1994 and with Beyond 20/20 for the last two years as the Canadian Territory Manager. In his new role, Steve will be responsible for managing the company’s global sales efforts. Mauricio Ferro, B2020’s Director of European Business Development, will continue in this role, operating from Madrid, Spain.
